A little about me
Hi, I’m Michelle! I’m a Senior Product Designer & UX Strategist with over 8 years of experience shaping experiences across in-store operations, enterprise platforms, and digital commerce. I’ve worked on everything from mobile point-of-sale and service queue systems to account management flows and online shopping journeys. What ties it all together is my focus on making complex systems clear, usable, and human-centered.

“Michelle amazes me with her attitude, work ethic and kindness. Michelle took on one of the largest areas of Vision (Work Order Management) and with a very short timeline took on 2 contractors, upskilled them, created work plans for them and single handedly created strategic designs for the platform. WOM was delivered a month early. Michelle then put a plan together before leaving for maternity leave to make sure the team did not skip a beat in her absence by offsetting her role as Design Day Lead with a plan for the team to share responsibilities. She upskilled two contractors with all the designs so they could take the baton in her absence. All the designers have nothing but admiration for all Michelle does for her work and for the team. She is always celebrating others wins, supporting them on their bad days or when overwhelmed even if she is having one. She lead three workshops that were a huge success and got kudos from leadership. Her work is well documented and easily resourced.
